Breathing is a method where you work safely, without learning techniques, on your own recovery, growth and transformation. You lie dressed on a table with a blanket over you. A session is accompanied by music where I observe your breathing and you help improve your breathing on different points. Over time, your body will remember your personal optimal breathing (from your baby time).
Breathing lowers the heartbeat, calms your nervous system, massages the internal organs, strengthens your immune system, strengthens the heart and lungs, brings vitality, builds up an energy reservoir, calms your thoughts, increases your concentration, helps against sleeping problems and deepens your meditations.
